Mumbai Pavbhaji
Ingredients:
Green Chillies - 3 ̴ 4, Ginger-Garlic Paste - 2 Tsp, Onions - 4, Tablespoon Mumbai Pavbhaji Masala - 2 ̴3 Tbsp, Tomatoes - 2, Mixed Vegetable (Potato, Green Peas, Cauliflower, Capsicum) - 500 Gms (Cooked)
Method:
1. Take oil in a pan, fry green chillies, ginger - garlic paste and chopped onions till soft.
2. Add Tablespoon Mumbai Pav Bhaji Masala and salt to taste. Then add tomato puree and cook till oil separates. Mix in the boiled vegetables, mash and cook for 7 to 10 mins.
3. Add butter and garnish with chopped coriander leaves. Serve with hot buttered pav/ bread, chopped onions and lemon.
